What will you do?

As an ICT Service Desk Employee, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle support requests via phone, email, and our ticketing system. You will:

  • Analyze and independently resolve technical issues;

  • Involve specialized colleagues when necessary;

  • Proactively keep clients informed of progress;

  • Provide on-site support for more complex issues;

  • Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

You are independent, customer-focused, solution-oriented, and forward-thinking. You can switch quickly, set priorities, and communicate clearly. You take responsibility for your work, but you’re not on your own — you’re a true team player.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has completed at least MBO level 4 education in an IT field;

  • Has at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a service desk employee or system administrator;

  • Has experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerShell;

  • Has solid knowledge of system management, networks, and server technologies;

  • Is proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn;

  • Communicates excellently in Dutch and English (spoken and written);

  • Has a good command of spoken Papiamentu – this is a plus.
