- Any conflicts of interest are communicated before the start of a project, or immediately as soon as such a conflict arises. If possible, the project will be reformulated to comply with this Code of Conduct.
- Our principle is that agreements are made to be kept.
- Accumulated knowledge is shared with the client.
- We strive for maximum diversity in teams, as we believe that diversity leads to better outcomes.
- Our consultants are not permitted to be directly or indirectly involved in fraud, bribery, or corruption in any form. Any dubious offer to nxt ICT or its consultants will be documented and reported to the appropriate authorities.
We will not perform any activities that violate these Rules of Conduct.
