Job Description:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle support requests via phone, email, and our ticketing system. You will analyze problems, resolve them independently, or escalate them to specialized colleagues when needed. Throughout the process, you will keep clients informed of progress and priorities. Additionally, you may visit clients on-site to resolve complex issues.

You will actively contribute to improving our service processes and propose innovative solutions. Your forward-thinking mindset and problem-solving skills will play a key role in enhancing our service delivery.

You are someone who seeks challenges in ICT, works independently, and takes responsibility. With your proactive attitude, you always think one step ahead. You know how to prioritize, adapt quickly, and have excellent communication skills. Furthermore, you are a true team player who enjoys collaborating to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Completed MBO Level 4 education in IT
  • Experience with PowerShell, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft 365
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in a similar role or as a System Administrator
  • Solid foundational knowledge of system administration, networking, and server technologies
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
  • High sense of responsibility and independence
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Papiamentu (spoken) is a plus
